Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. P.O. boxes work too, since we ship with USPS. useprison.com ships within the United States only. Customers in Brazil can order at useprison.com.br.

Where orders ship from

Every order ships from our fulfillment center in Chicago, Illinois. No customs, no import fees, no surprises.

Shipping options and cost

• Standard Shipping (USPS): $7.95 flat rate. Delivery in 4 to 8 business days after your order ships.
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.

Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page; if your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together once the pre-order is ready.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show the first scan. No movement after that? Email us with your order number.

Address changes and cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Email useprison@useprison.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can update or cancel until the order ships; after that, the package can't be rerouted. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or refused at delivery, can be reshipped for a new shipping fee or refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Delayed, lost or damaged packages

If tracking says "delivered" but you don't have the package, give it 24 to 48 hours and check with neighbors, your building's mailroom or front desk. Still nothing? Email us. We open a claim with USPS and stay on it until it's solved. If the carrier confirms your package was lost or damaged in transit, you choose: a replacement or a full refund.

Received something damaged? Photograph the box and the item and email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, where applicable.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
