Return and refund policy

The short version

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Exchanges are free. Refunds have an $8 return-shipping fee deducted. If we got it wrong (wrong, defective or damaged item), everything is on us.

What can be returned

  • Within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • With your order number as proof of purchase.
  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase and gift cards can't be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email useprison@useprison.com with your order number, the item(s) and whether you want an exchange (tell us the new size) or a refund.
  2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid USPS return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item and drop it at any USPS location within 14 days of receiving the label.
  4. We inspect the return within 5 business days of arrival and email you the outcome.

Items sent back without a return request and our label can't be processed.

Exchanges

Size and color exchanges are free: we cover the return label and ship the new item at no cost as soon as USPS scans your package. If the item you want sells out in the meantime, we refund you instead.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of arrival, minus an $8 return-shipping fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to post it. Prefer store credit? Choose store credit and we waive the $8 fee.

Wrong, defective or damaged item

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We send a replacement or a full refund, shipping included. No fees, no hassle.
